Grant Application

The Grant Committee accepted grant applications until November 1, 2012; therefore, no addtional applications will be accepted for 2012.
 
There are three pages to fill in that cover:

  • Contact details
  • Background and Project Information
  • Request details

Please be aware before you start that application that the second page will request financial statements of your organization, and the third page will request three references. In preparation you may want to review this sample application. For more information on the grants process, including tips on submitting a successful application, please review our Grants page.
