Clyde BeattieClyde Beattie has been a serial entrepreneur and investor for 30 years. He has experience in corporate governance in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He was an active collaborator on International DNS (domain) Governance Policy development. He was the Chair of the Canadian Internet Registry Authority (CIRA) which was established by government of Canada to operate the .CA Internet country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) and was their delegate to Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

Mr. Beattie was honored by Canada's Minister of Industry and CANARIE for his contribution to the founding and building of the dot-ca domain. Mr. Beattie said “I look forward to IFFOR becoming a major global contributor to the protection of children online, Internet safety and the support of free expression.”


Sebastien BacholletSébastien Bachollet is the CEO of BBS Consulting and a member of Board of Directors of ICANN (At-large Seat). Sébastien began his career in 1985 with Air Inter (the French domestic airline), then moved to SNCF (French National Railways) where he led innovative technological and organizational projects focused on information systems. With this experience, in the early 2000s he re-launched and promoted the development of CIO (Chief Information Officer) networks at the national level within CIGREF (Club Informatique des Grandes Entreprises Françaises) and at the European level with the creation of EuroCio.

Within this framework, he was responsible for strategic development and networking. As deputy general manager of CIGREF, he represented CIGREF and business users in Internet governance at all levels in France, Europe and worldwide. CIGREF has been a member of ICANN's GNSO Business Constituency since its inception. Since his work with SNCF, Sébastien has been deeply involved in the Internet world. He launched the www.sncf.fr web site, the largest e-business web site in France today. Sébastien worked actively to set up and hold the European Global Event on Domain Names and Address Systems, now known as EGENI Europe, held in Paris annually from 2002 to 2008 with more than 250 participants each year.

He launched EGENI Africa in 2006 with ISOC Morocco. Sébastien has been a member of the Internet Society French Chapter (www.isoc.fr) since 2001, he has served on its board since 2003 and was declared the Honorary President in 2009. He is an honorary member of other Internet Society chapters as well. He was elected European Internet users representative in May 2007 and has been the ALAC (At-Large Advisory Committee) vice-chair since 2008. Sébastien was selected by the At-Large to serve on the ICANN Board from December 2010 to June 2014.


Sheri FalcoSheri Falco began her legal career in San Francisco during the dot-com boom of the late 1990s and has consistently been focused on digital media companies and issues related to the intersection of law, technology, and first amendment protection since that time. In her role as the first attorney in the landmark sex.com case, Sheri was one of the early pioneers who worked to ensure that domain names are deemed intellectual property.  She also worked as a principal co-founder, to encourage a team of Silicon Valley angel investors to launch an e-commerce start-up focusing on women’s health education and entertainment.

Throughout her professional career, Sheri has negotiated successful business development relationships with companies including Microsoft and Yahoo!, served as an adjunct professor on internet law and consumer protection issues, as well as created and served on a variety non-profit boards and organizations. She currently works as ICM Registry's General Counsel and is responsible for corporate legal strategies and compliance. In her free time, she enjoys producing websites and educational videos. Sheri received her BA with honors in international political science from UNC at Charlotte and received her JD with honors from American University’s Washington College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Florida.
