General Authorizations
RESOLVED, the Board agreed to discontinue IFFOR’s Policy Engine service.
RESOLVED, the Board authorized the Executive Director to obtain feedback on the 2012 Grants Program and use the feedback to enhance the 2013 Grants Program.
RESOLVED, the Board agreed to stagger the Board Contracts with Chair and Vice Chair terms expiring in Dec. 2015 and Dec. 2016, respectively.
RESOLVED, the Board agreed to publish the 990 form on iffor.org website this month.*
RESOLVED, that this written consent may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and in any number of counterparts, each of which will for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts together will constitute one and the same document.
