Consent of the Board of Directors

General Authorizations

 

RESOLVED, the Board approves continuing the IFFOR Ombudsman services with the existing IFFOR Ombudsman and authorizes the Executive Director to enter an annual contract for 2013 Ombudsman services.

RESOLVED, the Board approves the recommendation of the IFFOR Grants Committee and authorizes the Executive Director to enter into Grant Recipient Agreements with the selected recipients.

RESOLVED, the Board approves the budget for 2013 the first quarter.

RESOLVED, that this written consent may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and in any number of counterparts, each of which will for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts together will constitute one and the same document.
