General Authorizations

 

RESOLVED, the Board adopts the 2014 Budget.

RESOLVED, the Board approves the 2014 Grant Program amounts and timeline.

RESOLVED, the Board approves of the contracts entered into including those with the Executive Director, Manager of Public Participation, Ombudsman and Policy Council.

RESOLVED, that this written consent may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and in any number of counterparts, each of which will for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts together will constitute one and the same document.

In witness whereof, the undersigned have executed this written consent effective as of the date first written above.
