Consent of the Board of Directors

General Authorizations

 

RESOLVED, the Board agrees to review the 2012 Proposed Budget and Operating Expenses in the May 2012 IFFOR Board meeting.

RESOLVED, the Board agrees to put an open call to all Policy Council members to invite them to serve as members of the Grants Committee.

RESOLVED, the Board agrees that the Grants Committee will establish the Grants Award Criteria.

RESOLVED, the Board agrees that the Executive Director will put an open call to all Policy Council members to provide comments and input on the Grants Committee’s proposed Grants Award Criteria.

RESOLVED, the Board adopts the agreement entered into between IFFOR and the Office of Ombudsman for Ombudsman services.
