Consent of the Board of Directors

General Authorizations

 

 

RESOLVED, the Board approves of the IFFOR Educational Program development.

 

RESOLVED, the Board approves the 2014 Grant Committee decision regarding the 2014 Grant.

 

RESOLVED, the Board, subject to the 2015 IFFOR Budget, seeks to ensure at least twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) be made available for the 2015 IFFOR Grant’s program.

 

RESOLVED, the Board approves the changes made to the Policy Council.

 

RESOLVED, that this written consent may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and in any number of counterparts, each of which will for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts together will constitute one and the same document.
