General Authorizations
RESOLVED, the Board approves the 2018 Budget.
RESOLVED, the Board seeks to ensure that the 2018 Grants Program provides twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) of value in the form of access, use and training of the @First Site Educational Program to educational organizations and/or service organizations who satisfy the 2018 Grants Award selection criteria and procedures established by the IFFOR Grants Committee.
RESOLVED, that this written consent may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and in any number of counterparts, each of which will for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts together will constitute one and the same document.
In witness whereof, the undersigned have executed this written consent effective as of the date first written above.
