THE INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR ONLINE RESPONSIBILTIY (“IFFOR”)
Consent of the Board of Directors

September 5, 2012

 

General Authorizations

 

RESOLVED, the Board will publish financial information regarding IFFOR’s first full year of operation on the iffor.org website by June 2013.

RESOLVED, the Board designates the first meeting in the second quarter of each calendar year as the IFFOR Board Annual Meeting.

RESOLVED, the Board extends the Grant Application window through to November 01, 2012 and likewise extends the Grants Committee recipient selection through to December 31, 2012.

RESOLVED, that this written consent may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and in any number of counterparts, each of which will for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts together will constitute one and the same document. In witness whereof, the undersigned have executed this written consent effective as of the date first written above.
